As most of you know, Greg is in Iraq right now. Here is a letter, picture, and video that he sent us. Thought you might all like an update!

"Hello everybody!! Just thought i'd fill you in once more on the life in paradise. Well it's starting to really warm up here. Soon it will be in the 100s and i'm not really looking forward to it, but i guess the hotter it gets, the closer i am to coming home. The first month and a half have gone by relatively slow. The days fly by but the weeks go slow...kinda strange. I hope you all enjoyed the hyena that was caught on base. There are also foxes and little wild dogs that run around base. The "wadi dogs" as they are called look very much like a mutt that someone could have at their house back home. They are very timid and scared of people and you don't see them very often but you can hear them howl at night. The hyenas on the other hand look very vicious. I haven't seen one yet other than that email, and i hope it stays that way. That's not anything i want to deal with. The job is still the same and starting to get very boring. That is one of the worst things about being here now is the boredom. I still feel very safe on this base, but it does get very boring here. I appreciate all the packages i've gotten and can't wait for more. I hope everyone has a great easter weekend and I wish i was home to celebrate with you.
